Meet Our Squad

William Finden is a Co-Founder of Oaklands Global and Group Managing Director. His search and recruitment career has been dedicated to the international aviation and aerospace markets. After successfully establishing the aviation division for a boutique consultancy, William’s passion for aviation led him to establish Oaklands Global in 2013.

Kathryn is one of the Co-founders who helped set up Oaklands Global. Her search career began in 2004 and she has recruited across, telecoms, IT and Aviation. In 2021 she joined the Investment Banking team to help develop and build the businesses reputation in this sector.

Callum Devaney joined Oaklands Global in 2015 and progressed through the ranks and now heads up our research and resourcing function.

Callum studied International Business and Globalisation at De Memonfort University, graduating in 2013 with a BA (Hons).

Ben joined Oaklands Global in May 2018. Having enjoyed success in the technical and education recruitment sectors, Ben now manages an established portfolio of leading international clients including from MRO's, OEM's and Airlines. Ben's specialities include Middle and Senior level Technical mandates.

Jason is an internationally experienced recruiter and search specialist with a background in global Financial and Technology markets. Jason’s mission is to bring the best search service to the four corners of the world, delivering the most professional, efficient and personal touch to his clients and candidates.

Dave has been involved in aviation since the age of 14 and his career has taken him through senior leadership roles including Executive Vice President of Qatar Executive and Managing Director & Group General Manager of Gama Aviation.

Tom graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Air Transport Management in 2003. Having previously held the position of Managing Director, Europe for Gama Aviation plc, Tom was instrumental in the transition of the business to a public company in 2014.

Heather is a fully qualified member of The Association of Accountant Technicians with over 20 years experience in Book- keeping and Financial Accounts/taxation.

Diane joined Oaklands Global in February 2019 as the company’s Office Manager/EA. Diane’s experience spans over 24 years, supporting Senior Level Management within the recruitment industry.
