Role Responsibilities

• To act as the Compliance Monitoring Manager for the Flight Operations (Air Operations) and to hold the Form 4 for this post holder role
• To act as the Compliance Monitoring and Quality Manager for the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) which is regulated under Part M, and to hold the Form 4 for this post holder role
• To act as the Compliance and Quality Manager for the aircraft maintenance Part 145 approval and to hold the Form 4 post holder role
• The auditing and management of the compliance monitoring audit/inspection programme to meet the requirements of Air Operations, Part M and Part 145 audit schedules
• Control and monitoring of all closure actions to findings and observations raised during internal auditing or by external auditors
• Responsibility and management of the Air Operations Manual Part A section 3, Part M Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME), and the Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)
• Management of the Part 145 company authorisation system for the engineers and logistics staff.
• Independent report compilations for the safety occurrence reports and incidents
• Organise external audits of sub-contractors and their management systems
• Maintain and manage the approved supplier listing plus carry out routine audits as required.
• Act as the focal point for all CAA visits and audits pertaining to all three accreditations
• Liaising and working with the company Safety Manager on Internal Occurrence Reports and Mandatory Occurrence Reports (MORs)
• Management and oversight of company security and general health and safety programme
• Any other adhoc duties as reasonably required by the Company
